DEVOTION
Many of my youth have heard this but the story rings so true for so many. I resonate with Peter so well. I think for the most part many of us can relate. Think about it; I would say a majority of us have decided that Jesus is "The Christ". The problems I see pertain to how we react to that knowledge. First, I can't imagine what it was like when Jesus told Peter he'd deny Him three times within 24 hours. There is no way Peter believed that deep down, but I wonder if it kept him up that night. Let's be honest, Jesus said some really wacked out stuff from time and time and Peter might have written it off.
